Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Create data-driven influencer marketing strategies that align with client business objectives.
  2. Define clear campaign goals, key messages, and creative content angles.
  3. Identify and recommend the most suitable influencer personas and platforms for maximum engagement and impact.
  4. Translate market, consumer, and brand insights into compelling strategy presentations and briefs.
  5. Lead strategic discussions with internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  6. Work closely with creative, account, and influencer teams to guide campaign development and execution.
  7. Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, influencer marketing, or digital campaign strategy (preferably in an agency setting).
  3. Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and influencer marketing landscape.
  4. Proven ability to interpret data, market trends, and brand positioning to develop effective strategic plans.
  5. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  6. The office is located in Pejaten, South Jakarta.
