Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for sponsorship and collaboration with clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Prepare compelling sponsorship packages and proposals, including decks, tailored to client needs.
  • Pitch sponsorship opportunities effectively to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with our sports teams.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and sports-related gatherings to expand our business network.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in sports sponsorship or related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports sponsorship landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
