Join Our Mission as a (Sr.) Program Development Associate at Edu Farmers International Foundation!
At Edu Farmers, we’re dedicated to fighting stunting and enhancing community nutrition across Indonesia. We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven professional to lead our program development and advocacy efforts. What You’ll Do:
- Program Analysis & Design Change:
Transform monitoring & evaluation (M&E) data into actionable strategies, redesign programs based on field feedback, and work with Project Managers to ensure effective and scalable implementation.
- Advocacy & Local Government Relations:
Develop evidence-based advocacy strategies at local government levels (village to city), build robust relationships with Health Departments, Bappeda, and other key stakeholders, and prepare data-driven proposals to support systematic change in stunting prevention.
- Innovation & Enhancing Intervention Effectiveness:
Evaluate current intervention methods to identify areas for improvement, propose innovative solutions based on best practices, and collaborate with Product Managers to integrate digital tools that boost program impact.
- Coordination with the Impact Division:
Work closely with Policy Analysts and Project Delivery Leads to produce evidence-based policy recommendations, draft comprehensive impact reports, and develop persuasive narratives for public communications.

Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in program development, policy advocacy, social research, or project management in the health and nutrition sector.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex data into effective strategies.
- Government Relations: Proven experience working with local government agencies (e.g., Health Departments, Bappeda) and a strong network with policy makers.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in crafting evidence-based reports and proposals.
- Expertise: A deep understanding of stunting, community nutrition, and community-based interventions is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong skills in designing data-driven programs and developing effective policies.
