An ideal Senior Product Designer at FIT HUB is a highly skilled, experienced and well-rounded design professional who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product design process in order to deliver world-class user experience in both Internal Dashboard and Mobile App. This role at FIT HUB will report directly to the UX Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to create sustainable user-centered designs that are functional, intuitive and visually appealing. This role is also responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in product design, and for mentoring and coaching other designers in varied levels.
Main Scope & Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product design process primarily for the internal dashboard, from user research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
- Collaborate with other product designers and other cross-functional teams: engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure that designs are aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create user-centered designs, incorporating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Build and maintain design system for Internal Tool (Web and Mobile App) to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest insights, design trends and best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior designers
Kualifikasi
Qualifications :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product design; combined both in B2C and B2B products
- Proven track record in both Web Dashboard and Mobile App Design with documented case studies
- Strong ability in UX Research
- Strong proficiency in UX laws and UI design principles.
- Excellent understanding in Design Thinking concept and framework.
- Mastery in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Experienced in building and maintaining Design System
- Proficient communication and presentation skills both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Data-driven: ability to analyze and take decisions from combined both quantitative and qualitative data set
- Strong ability to both work independently and be a team player
Bonus Qualification
- Passionate in Health and Wellness Industry
- Experienced in crafting icon set(s) and Illustration
- Experience with Lottie Animation
- Adequate knowledge in Scrum Methodologies
