Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Clarify and translate product requirements into user-centered solutions.
Define and deeply understand user personas, behaviors, triggers, and motivations.
Validate hypotheses, problems, and solutions through research methods such as in-depth interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and AI-assisted research tools.
Align business goals with user needs to deliver impactful product experiences.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define Product Vision and Value Proposition.
Define success metrics and measure design impact through experimentation and product performance.
Plan and support product experimentation initiatives such as A/B testing, usability testing, and conversion optimization.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with product objectives and brand standards.
Present design rationale and communicate how design solutions support both user and business goals.
Ensure alignment with design systems, UX standards, visual consistency, and style guidelines.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, UX Engineers, and Software Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
Utilize AI tools for brainstorming, UX research synthesis, competitive analysis, ideation, rapid prototyping, and improving execution efficiency (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Deep Research, etc.).
Explore AI-assisted workflows and vibe coding approaches to accelerate experimentation and product development.
Stay updated with emerging AI, UX, UI, experimentation, and product design trends to drive innovation within the team.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and design backlog with the Product Development Team.
Mentor junior designers to ensure strong design quality and execution consistency.

Kualifikasi

Deep understanding of Design Thinking or other user-centered design approaches, and ability to advocate the mindset within the organization.
Strong understanding of end-to-end design processes: research, define, ideate, prototype, test, and iteration.
Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design fundamentals, and modern UI best practices.
Able to create intuitive, scalable, and visually polished user interfaces.
Strong knowledge of UX methodologies (Heuristic Evaluation, Gestalt Principles, UX Laws, Accessibility, etc.).
Familiar with experimentation methodologies such as A/B testing, hypothesis validation, conversion optimization, and interpreting experiment results.
Able to communicate design decisions clearly and connect them to user and business impact.
Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UX/UI and product design work.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, or similar tools.
Familiar with AI-powered tools for brainstorming, research, synthesis, content generation, and productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Claude, etc.).
Understanding of product metrics and data-informed design is a plus.
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional product teams.
Experience in mentoring or coaching designers is a plus.
Interest or experience in AI-assisted workflows, rapid prototyping, or vibe coding is highly preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
