Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills across the organization
- Collaborate with department leaders to align people development initiatives with organizational goals
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to cultivate a strong and capable leadership team
- Create and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development pathways
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Provide coaching and support to employees at all levels to facilitate professional growth and development
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people development to bring innovative ideas to the organization
- Collaborate with HR in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- At least 3 years experience as People Development
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful people development programs
- Strong understanding of leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and influence positive change
- Familiarity with learning management systems and other training tools
- Certification in organizational development, trainer or related field is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
