Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Responsible for day-to-day operation of the overall accounting functions which includes month end closing, preparing related journal entries and reconciliations, fixed assets register, account receivable, account payable
  2. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial report.
  3. Assist in planning, execution and monitoring of annual budget, variance analysis and cash flow projection.
  4. Monitor debtors aging, billing, and collection, initiate necessary action in accordance with the procedures for delinquent accounts, if any.
  5. Monitor creditors aging, review, and process claims, substantiating documentation and distributing payment.
  6. Review accounting transactions and documentations to ensure compliance with statutory requirement.
  7. Liaise with auditor, tax agent and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirement.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelors degree in accounting/Finance or related.
  2. 2-3 years experience as Finance Officer.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point/and accounting software especially Accurate.
  4. Able to multitask and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
  5. Excellent time management and committed to work efficiently.
  6. Meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills.
  7. Able to work independently as well as interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners if required.
