Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for AI and cybersecurity data sources.
- Clean, process, and structure large datasets from various inputs such as system logs, APIs, and sensors.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and readiness for model training or inference.
- Design and optimize data warehouses and storage systems for scalability and efficiency.
- Implement data validation and monitoring to ensure reliability and timely delivery of datasets.
- Build APIs or connectors for real-time data ingestion from cybersecurity platforms.
- Automate repetitive data operations through scripting and workflow orchestration tools.
- Deploy, monitor, and retrain models within production environments.
- Collaborate with Data Analyst to align data structure with analysis and reporting needs.
- Apply security best practices in handling, encrypting, and transferring sensitive data.
- Ensure data security and compliance with internal and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PDPA, GDPR).
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies to enhance data processing capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in data engineering, preferably in cybersecurity or AI/ML-driven environments.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and one or more ETL frameworks (Airflow, Kafka, Spark).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and API integrations.
- Experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL).
- Familiarity with ML model deployment (MLOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines for models).
- Knowledge of data security and compliance (e.g., encryption standards, access control, GDPR, PDPA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with AI, Security, and Product teams.
- Leadership in mentoring and driving best practices within the team.
