  1. Initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and identify sales opportunities.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers, to drive new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  4. Prospect and generate leads through various channels (Sales Hunter)
  5. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize business impact.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in Product Data, and leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in B2B business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Preferably from IT industry/FSI/Retail Industry (Female candidate is more preferable)
  4. Strong understanding of Product Data Privacy & Data Analytics landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs..
  5. Good in persuading, convincing, influencing, or impressing others in order to get them to support a specific agenda, make a specific type of impression, or take a specific course of action. 
  6. Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
  7. Competitive and aggressive sales nature
  8. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and drive collective success.
  9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely.
  10. High level of adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing business environment.
  11. Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
