Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our branding strategy
- Lead the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns that target and resonate with our target audience
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute effective marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and media outlets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in marketing and social impact especially for young target audiences and moms
Kualifikasi
- 3.5+ years of experience in marketing and social impact
- Strong understanding of marketing and promotion
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate for beauty, women empowerment, and lifestyle
- Having great project management skill & quickly to execute
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
