Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for maintaining the Contract Management System (i-CM) to ensure an effective contract lifecycle process and track contract status from request to termination.
- Responsible for periodically evaluating contract terms to identify areas for improvement and incorporating these insights into future agreements.
- Responsible for providing a monthly contract readiness report reflecting the volume and flow of contract processes.
- Responsible for supplying required contract data to relevant departments (e.g., Tax, Internal Audit, Statutory & Reporting) to meet audit requirements.
- Responsible for managing and securely storing all contract documents (both electronic and hard copies), ensuring supporting documents are properly recorded in organizational databases.
- Responsible for ensuring all commercial term commitments from the Commercial Terms Sheet are accurately captured and comply with Trakindo’s Terms and Conditions of Business.
- Responsible for conducting comprehensive contract reviews and providing recommendations on customer template agreements to protect Trakindo’s interests.
- Responsible for collaborating with the legal department to develop and maintain Trakindo’s Standard Template Agreements as the foundation for all new and renewed contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 in Engineering / Economy / Managment / Law major
- GPA minimum 2.75
- Minimum 2 years experience in Contract Mangement / Governance or Similar
