Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and translate them into relevant business, marketing, or partnership opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sports industry.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offerings to clients.
- Lead the negotiation process, including commercial terms, proposals, and agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of client activities, sales pipelines, agreements, and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to strengthen partnerships and maximize business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Partnership, or related roles.
- Experience in the sports industry, media, entertainment, sponsorship, event, or creative agency is highly preferred.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle negotiation, pitching, presentation, and business development.
- Able to identify business opportunities and develop them into potential partnerships or commercial projects.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good time management, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Fast learner, proactive, and has a strong sense of initiative.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; experience creating presentation decks is a plus.
