Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Collect, process, and analyze data using SQL to support business needs
Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, and reports
Perform data cleaning and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Create regular and ad-hoc analytical reports for stakeholders
Translate business questions into data-driven insights
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
Support decision-making by providing actionable recommendations
Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams
Maintain documentation for queries, reports, and data definitions
Ensure data integrity and follow data governance standards

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle)
Ability to write complex SQL queries (JOINs, subqueries, CTEs, window functions)
Experience in data cleaning, validation, and transformation using SQL
Understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts
Experience working with large datasets
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) is a plus
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Basic knowledge of Python or R is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
