Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Supervise and ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable standards, customer requirements, and company policies.
2. Monitor compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements throughout production and shipping processes.
3. Lead internal quality audits and support external audits conducted by customers, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.
4. Analyze quality performance data, identify trends, and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality and process effectiveness.
5. Coordinate investigation and resolution of quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities.
6. Manage document control activities, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
7. Supervise Shipping Inspection activities to ensure products meet quality requirements before delivery to customers.
8. Review inspection reports, quality records, and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
9. Coordinate with Production, Development, Warehouse, and Bussiness departments to ensure timely shipment of conforming products.
10. Lead, coach, and develop QC inspectors and Shipping Inspection personnel to achieve departmental objectives.
11. Ensure inspection equipment and measuring instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
12. Prepare quality reports, KPI analyses, and management review presentations.
13. Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
14. Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations within the QC area.
Kualifikasi
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, QMS, or Shipping Inspection, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems relevant standards.
4. Experience in conducting internal audits and managing corrective and preventive action processes.
5. Good understanding of inspection methods, quality tools, and statistical analysis techniques.
6. Familiarity with shipping inspection requirements, final product release processes, and customer quality standards.
7. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficient in quality improvement tools such as 7 QC Tools, FMEA, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and PDCA.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality management systems/software.
11. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
12. Good command of written and spoken English.
