Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns and events to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Supervise a team of promoters, event staff, and support personnel.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and initiatives.
- Select suitable event venues and manage logistics, including setup and teardown.
- Monitor the progress of promotional activities and events to ensure they align with objectives.
- Evaluate the success of each promotion or event and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain records, documentation, and files related to promotions and events.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and permits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues during promotions and events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event management, promotions, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local marketing and event regulations is a plus.
