Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan genba ke lapangan untuk pengecekan request pekerjaan Proyek yang masuk
- Mengawasi pekerjaan Proyek di lapangan
- Mencatat progress pekerjaan, realisasi dan manpower di lapangan
- Melaporkan hasil pekerjaan kepada Construction Manager
- Mengevaluasi produktivitas tukang di lapangan bersama dengan Supervisor dan QS
Kualifikasi
- Minimal SMK jurusan Teknik Sipil (D3 Teknik Sipil lebih diutamakan)
- Dapat membaca gambar teknik
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang konstruksi minimal 2 tahun
- Mahir mengoperasikan Ms Office
- Mampu bekerja baik secara individu maupun tim
- Mudah menerima masukan dan kritikan orang lain
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
