Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct market studies to evaluate and select suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards through periodic assessments.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms with vendors to achieve significant cost savings and avoidance.
- Coordinate purchase needs across departments and accurately manage all procurement data
- Prepare a rolling forecast for suppliers and generate monthly reports on cost savings and vendor performance.
- Maintain all purchasing records and foster strong communication channels with both suppliers and internal users.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing is a plus
- Possess strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Prior experience or familiarity with the SAP system is a plus
- A highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual
- Willing to be based in our Karawaci office and mobile if needed.
