Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage procurement with competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes.
- Oversee logistics and warehousing operations.
- Plan and manage demand, mitigating inventory risks.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead, monitor, and evaluate team performance.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Have experience as Procurement Manager (F&B is a must)
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Have a strong leadership skill
