Deskripsi Pekerjaan
· Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issue reported by customers, including system errors, application failures, and IT-integrated medical device problems.
· Analyze root cause of system malfunctions from the IT perspective and provide effective solutions.
· Implement, maintain, and support healthcare information system such as PACS, EMR, and other hospital networking applications.
· Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability to support daily clinical operations.
· Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with internal team and external vendors.
· Support and accompany internal teams during customer presentations, system demonstrations, and technical discussions.
· Provide internal IT support for office staff, including hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
· Stay updated on trends and best practices in healthcare IT and digital health solutions.
Kualifikasi
D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Informatic Engineering, Electro Medical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
Experience : Supporting healthcare IT systems and/or IT-enabled medical devices
