Job Description
- Collaborate with the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
- Participate in customer discovery sessions to understand security posture, risks, and business requirements.
- Assist in designing end-to-end cybersecurity solutions and architectures using industry-leading technologies.
- Recommend and support the positioning of security solutions across multiple domains, including:
1.Network & Perimeter Security
2.Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR)
3.Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
4.Cloud & Hybrid Security
5.SOC, SIEM, SOAR, and MDR Services
- Support the delivery of technical presentations, solution workshops, and architecture reviews.
- Assist in defining Scope of Work (SoW), Bill of Materials (BOM), and high-level implementation plans.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses by preparing technical inputs and solution documentation.
- Work closely with delivery, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth solution handover.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with technology partners and vendors.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on cybersecurity trends, frameworks, and threat landscapes.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within cybersecurity, IT security, or related domains.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN).
- Basic understanding of information security concepts (CIA triad, threats, and vulnerabilities).
- Fundamental knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux).
- Exposure to cybersecurity through professional experience, internships, labs, academic coursework, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with one or more security domains such as network security, endpoint security, cloud security, or IAM is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or vendor fundamentals are a plus.
