Deskripsi Pekerjaan
A. Technical Architecture & Design
• Design and evaluate scalable, secure, and resilient application and system architectures
• Define technical standards, design patterns, and best practices for cross-platform development
• Provide design direction for backend, frontend, integration, data, and application infrastructure systems
B. Engineering Governance
• Develop and maintain coding standards, code reviews, and quality gates
• Initiate and oversee the implementation of DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and automation
• Serve as a technical reference in decision-making regarding new technologies
C. Research & Innovation
• Conduct exploration and proof-of-concept for new technologies
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization, cost efficiency, and system modernization
• Provide technology recommendations relevant to the company roadmap
Kualifikasi
Education
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
• Extensive experience in software engineering and systems architecture
• Involved in large-scale/mission-critical system design
• Experience with multi-platform and modern ecosystems
Technical Competencies
• Application architecture and distributed systems
• Database and data engineering fundamentals
• DevOps and automation practices
• System integration and APIs
• Basic application security
• Mobile App Architecture
Non-Technical Competencies
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Technical-to-non-technical communication
