Here in Mitramas Infosys Global, you will be exposed to work on software across a diverse platform of technologies as well as a variety of industries within our portfolios. We are looking for talents with high tenacity in solving problems, exceptional passion for technologies, and a great willingness to learn and adapt to ever-changing environments to join our team.
You are expected to be able to:
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases for developed features.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, and smoke testing.
- Support SIT and UAT execution together with the bank's internal team.
- Provide test evidence in the form of screenshots, logs, videos, or test result documents.
- Log and manage defects based on severity (critical, high, medium, low).
- Perform regression testing before production release.
- Support performance testing/load testing when required.
- Perform negative testing, timeout testing, duplicate transaction testing, and failed transaction scenarios.
- Use the issue-tracking tools specified by the bank to log and monitor defects.
Kualifikasi
- Experience as a QA/Tester, ideally for mobile banking, fintech, e-wallet, or payment applications.
- Understanding of testing methodologies: functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
- Experience preparing structured test cases, test plans, and test reports.
- Understanding of financial transaction flows and negative/edge-case scenarios in payment systems.
- Familiar with issue/bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira or similar).
- Able to work on a man-days basis with clear timesheet and progress reporting.
- Nice to have: experience with automation testing or performance/load testing.
- Willing to follow the development, security, change management, release management, and deployment SOPs applicable at the bank.
- Willing to sign an NDA and comply with information security policies and production data access restrictions.
