- Lead and manage a development squad to deliver high-qualitysolutions.
- Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications usingSpring Boot framework.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from conceptualization todeployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project deliverables withbusiness objectives.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely projectdelivery.
Kualifikasi
- Strong experience in Java development with proficiency in SpringBoot framework.
- Proven experience in project management and delivering projectsfrom scratch.
- Excellent technical, strategic, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Great communication and leadership skills, with experiencemanaging cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, orrelated field.
