Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities
- System Design and Architecture = Develop and implement scalable and secure architecture solutions for Fastrac’s applications, especially with a transition toward a microservices approach.
- End-to-End Development and Implementation = Lead the development and optimization of Fastrac’s mobile app and web dashboard, encompassing both frontend and backend features.
- Integration Management = Integrate third-party plugins (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and additional couriers as part of Fastrac’s expansion efforts.
- DevOps and Infrastructure Maintenance = Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, oversee deployment processes, and ensure the VPS server infrastructure remains stable and optimized.
- Collaborative Development = Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, customer success) to ensure project goals align with customer needs, prioritize development tasks, and streamline workflows.
- Testing Strategy Implementation = Design and implement automated testing strategies and frameworks to ensure high-quality code, support CI/CD, and minimize bugs in production.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
1 Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
2 Technical Proficiency
- Strong expertise in backend and frontend development, with specific experience in technologies used at Fastrac:
- Backend: NodeJS experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
- Frontend: Flutter for mobile UI, NextJS for web interfaces.
3 Systems Architecture and DevOps
- Proven experience designing scalable architectures, including understanding server environments (Linux VPS) and implementing CI/CD.
4 Problem Solving and Adaptability
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
5 Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams, to support knowledge transfer and team development.
