Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Implement and configure AS/400 solutions for clients, including software installation, setup, and testing.
Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and develop implementation plans.
Develop and deliver training programs for clients on AS/400 solutions.
Act as the first line of support for all issues AS/400 solutions.
Assist in upgrades and configuration updates as per change requests.
Perform daily operational checks and maintain support logs and incident reports.
Collaborate with the customer’s IT team for troubleshooting, coordination, and reporting.
Document standard procedures, incidents, resolutions, and updates in a knowledge base.
Maintain a professional presence onsite, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree from Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or any related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AS400/IBMi operations or support.
Strong understanding of AS400/IBMi administration.
Experience in Linux-based environments (Ubuntu, RHEL, or CentOS).
Basic scripting skills (Java, RPG or Cobol).
Having a good communication and documentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
