Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
  • Perform white box testing and black box testing to ensure code quality and functionality
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools (e.g., Cypress)
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (developers & product managers) to identify system requirements
  • Monitor debugging processes and analyze results
  • Investigate the root cause of issues and propose solutions
  • Track QA metrics (e.g., defect density, bug leakage, open defects)
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools, frameworks, and strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Background in Software Engineering / Computer Science / related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience are welcome, especially those with QA exposure
  • Prior experience in QA / Software Testing (Automation) is preferred
  • Familiar with programming (preferably Java)
  • Experience in building automation using Cypress
  • Knowledge of Robot Framework is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in white box testing
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and structured test cases
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn / explore new technologies
