Job Overview

As an Socialcommerce Executive, you will play a vital role in driving online sales and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers by managing and optimizing the online sales and operations of Torch’s TikTok. Your effort contribute to the brand's online visibility, customer satisfaction, and overall business success in the digital landscape.

Job Role:

  • TikTok Strategy: Develop and implement the TikTok/TikTok Shop strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • TikTok & TikTok Shop Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the soialcommerce website, ensuring it is functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
  • Product Management: Manage the product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and optimizing product listings for SEO.
  • Merchandising: Plan and execute online visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage socialcommerce inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze socialcommerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, bounce rate, traffic, and sales) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Pricing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
  • Content Management: Ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, compelling, and aligned with the brand's tone and style.
  • User Experience (UX): Continuously improve the user experience by identifying and addressing pain points, optimizing navigation, and enhancing the checkout process.
  • SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase organic and paid traffic to the website.
  • Mobile Optimization: Ensure the socialcommerce platform is optimized for mobile devices to cater to the growing mobile shopping trend.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer loyalty, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and post-purchase engagement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.


Job Qualification:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce/TikTok is highly valuable (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
  • Proficiency in TikTok platform (TikTok & TikTok Shop)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in product listings, pricing, and content.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide excellent customer support.
