Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies across 360 marketing channels to promote Headliners projects.
Plan and execute organic contents and paid advertising campaigns to drive reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with the content creation and design team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Manage budgets for social media advertising and report on ROI.
Engage with partners and collaborators to align social media strategies with their expectations and requirements.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy and ad management.
Proficiency in analyzing social media platforms and ad management tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Youtube AdSense, and Linkedin Ads Manager is a plus).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
