As a Social Media Strategist, you will:
- Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and adapt to platform changes.
- Oversee content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and voice.
- Approve and manage the social media calendar.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies in real-time to optimize results.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Oversee audience engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage crises or negative feedback.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain the brand's competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
- Strong ability in strategic planning and execution of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, etc
- Strong knowledge in analytics and performance tracking, content strategy, community, and crisis management
- Have a great leadership and collaboration skills
- Preferably from beauty industry with strong/proven ability to content creation (individual account or personal branding account)
