- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with our audience and aligns with Astro's core values, tapping into current social media trends.
- Community Building: Grow brand mentions and build a vibrant digital community through strategic social media initiatives.
- Campaign Briefing: Create and deliver comprehensive briefs to agencies based on upcoming campaigns, ensuring alignment with Astro's objectives.
- Influencer Sourcing: Identify and engage with macro KOLs that drive business results and are in line with Astro’s brand values for potential sponsorships or partnerships that can enhance Astro's brand visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance reports from KOL agencies and social media agencies, focusing on the effectiveness of micro and nano influencers, and overall social media account performance.
- Account Management: Manage Astro's social media accounts, including responding to direct messages and engaging with followers.
- Trend Identification: Stay updated on social media trends and leverage them to benefit Astro’s brand presence and engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media strategy and influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance reports and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent content creation and community-building skills.
- Ability to create clear and concise campaign briefs.
- Experience in identifying and working with influencers.
- Proficient in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers.
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market is a plus.
