- Help manage and update our social media content calendar for timely, strategic posting.
- Collaborate with the team to schedule and roll out content across platforms.
- Stay on top of trends and pitch creative, sports-related content ideas to boost engagement.
🤝 2. Audience Engagement & Community Interaction
- Connect with our online sports community by replying to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Assist in crafting engaging captions and platform-specific copy that scores with our audience.
- Monitor engagement metrics and share fresh ideas to improve reach and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
- Strong passion for sports, especially football, badminton, and basketball
- Familiar with social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Able to analyze engagement metrics and contribute to content strategy improvements
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Indonesian
