We are hiring a strategic and results driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement. You'll be a key part of our marketing team, helping to shape our brand's voice across all major social platforms.
Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms, include Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content that builds meaningful connections to take action.
- Monitor and respond to user comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community.
- Analyze social media campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Perform audience research to guide content strategy and ensure we are reaching the right people.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirement
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least have experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
- A portfolio or examples of social media accounts you have managed or campaigns you have developed.
- Excellent copywriting, editing (text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Hands on experience with social media management tools.
- Solid knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
