Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the activation, activity, planning, and reporting of the company's social media channels
- Creating and managing daily social media content (Instagram/Tiktok/Youtube Short/Facebook) for the company group
- Responsible for developing social media and brand awareness
- Conduct market research & competitor research
- Direct traffic to the website and build active engagement
- Provide creative ideas for development on company social media
- Involve directly or indirectly in the content and video production process
- Provide creative ideas for running adverts on social media accounts
Kualifikasi
- Minimal pendidikan S1. Jurusan Komunikasi, Marketing atau Digital Business, atau jurusan lain yang sejalan dengan Social Media Specialist lebih dipreferensikan
- Domisili Jakarta/Depok/Tanggerang/Bekasi
- Bersedia untuk WFO 3x seminggu di Jakarta Barat
- Berpengalaman minimal 6 bulan menjadi Social Media Specialist/Brand Strategist lebih diutamakan
- Mahir menggunakan Google Analytics, Google/Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads, SEO, dan SEM akan menjadi poin plus
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik pada bisnis e-commerce
- Pengetahuan luas terkait trend pada media sosial
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki sikap positif dalam bekerja
- Data-Driven
