As an Social Media Specialist, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all platforms.
- Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, aesthetics, and objectives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of industry trends.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback and support to ensure team success.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas and solutions.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
