Content Creation & Management:
- Plan, create, and edit engaging daily content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
- Develop a consistent posting schedule tailored to each platform's algorithm.
- Collaborate with KOL to maintain her brand image and tone.
Cross-Platform Strategy:
- Repurpose content effectively for multiple platforms while maintaining quality and relevance.
- Ensure all content aligns with KOL's personal brand and messaging.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor engagement metrics to assess content performance.
- Use insights to refine content strategies and improve audience reach.
- Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to maintain relevance.
Trend Research:
- Identify viral trends, challenges, and content formats across all platforms.
- Suggest and implement creative concepts to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with KOL to align on goals and strategies.
- Provide weekly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Create Insight Report for brand collaborations
Kualifikasi
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year as a social media specialist (agency experience is a plus).
Skills:
- Strong communication and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proactive, creative, and able to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in content strategy creation and implementation.
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and its application.
- Social media account management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Graphic design or video editing skills
- Knowledge of SEO as it relates to social media.
Additional Qualities:
- Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Data-driven mindset for analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborative team player with attention to detail.
