Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Collaboration with marketing content teams to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives and campaigns
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
Collaborate with a creative team to compelling content for various social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and stories
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with an audience
Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategies

Kualifikasi

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or any related fields
Proven experience 1-3 years in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
Strong understanding for social media platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Linkedin, X) analyze algorithms, and best practices
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building
Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus
