Increasink is currently hiring a Social Media Specialist to join our team. We seek a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist who will work closely with our creative team, playing a crucial role in expanding our operations. Join our reimagined team for tons of hands-on experiences!
- Be responsible for creating social media campaigns and content; from observing trends and references, brainstorming, and planning to execution (including schedule and post).
- Monitor and manage social media, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community.
- Collaborate with other department teams to create and implement social media campaigns.
- Monitor and continuously improve social media analytics and provide reports and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Stay current with social media trends and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and engagement.
Kualifikasi
What you will need to be great in this role:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
- A willingness to learn new skills and keeping up with the pace of digital innovation.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data and develop actionable points for optimization and/or experimentation.
- Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or any related major.
