  • Conduct research and needs for content that is the preference of mothers.
  • Create content creation plans or promotional materials based on research results so that they can be relevant and consistent tailored to the destination platform.
  • Establish a strategy for editorial so that content can be consistent and attractive across all platforms.
  • Make rules to equalize the tone or style of all content created.
  • Update content on all MamaBear social media platforms
  • Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)

Kualifikasi

  • At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar profession
  • Preferably if married and have children
  • Able to express content ideas in script concept
  • Able to write content with Tone of Voice Brand: Inspirational, Informative, Friendly & Warm
  • Familiar & enthusiastic with current parenting science.
  • Familiar & can use hashtag optimization apps, keywords, trending songs
  • Familiar with digital marketing and ads on social media.
  • Able to design activities to increase traffic / ER on social media
  • Always up-to-date with all trends in social media
  • Able to work individually or in a team
