Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, implement, manage, and planning for social media and making sure the strategy’s alignment with the business goal of the company.
- Constantly discuss and set about social media KPI.
- Set specific weekly, monthly objectives and create report on social media’s performance.
- Manage and oversee social media content (e.g original text, photos, video, and news).
- Manage E-mail Marketing.
- Analyze competitor’s social media strategies.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Work together with designer to ensure the content is informative and appealing.
- Create and implement some active campaign to develop brand awareness, like promotions & competitions.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must have at least Bachelor Degree from Communication, Marketing, Public Relation or any relevant field from reputable university (Minimum GPA 3.00).
- Proven experience as Social Media Specialist minimum 1 - 3 years.
- Excellent knowledge about social media practices (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, etc).
- Actively using social media.
- Good understanding about social media KPIs.
- Have a knowledge about POS System branding is a plus point.
- Good creativy, critical thinking, and problem solving skill.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a good communication in English both written and oral.
- Willing to work in BSD area.
