Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Developing and executing social media programs to promote brand, products, events, or campaigns, including content preparation, planning, budgeting, and collaborating with other brands for content collaborations and giveaways.
- Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure effective communication of all products and programs through optimized social media utilization, cultivating relationships with influential target parties, and collaborating with other brands for marketing activities.
- Performing social media benchmarking, boosting followers engagement, and executing various social media activities, including live sessions, product demos, and community events.
- Continuously monitoring online trends, evaluating social media programs and media coverage, aligning social media account monitoring with company guidelines, and tracking competitor activities.
- Performing necessary administrative tasks in their unit and ensuring that work processes consistently adhere to applicable SOPs.
- Collaborating with MODENA-aligned KOLs, managing product delivery, content creation, and production in coordination with the Social Media and Multimedia Teams for product promotion.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelors degree in all major (Communications are preferred)
- All Industries (preferably Consumer Electronics, Retail, Home Appliances, and Energy)
- Minimum 2 years experience
