Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop social media strategies and content plans.
Analyze trends and insights for content development.
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels.
Coordinate with internal teams and content creators for content execution.
Ensure content delivery aligns with campaign objectives and timelines.
Increase brand awareness, engagement, and overall social media performance.
Prepare regular social media performance reports.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
Strong understanding of social media trends and digital content.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with current trends.
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media tools/platforms.
Experienced in beauty retail or beauty industry is a plus.
