Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Content Production
- Plan, produce, and publish photo and video content across social platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok).
- Coordinate with the field team to document project progress, site visits, and completed works.
- Appear on camera as brand talent for reels, shorts, testimonials, and campaign content.
- Maintain a consistent visual and brand voice aligned with Porte's identity guidelines.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely scheduling and publishing.
2. Social Media Management
- Own the day-to-day operations of Porte's social media accounts.
- Monitor, respond to, and manage engagement across comments, DMs, and relevant conversations.
- Track and report social media performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, lead attribution) regularly.
- Identify trends, formats, and audience insights to continuously improve content performance.
3. KOL & Partnership Execution
- Identify, research, and shortlist potential KOL and community partners aligned with Porte's target audience and campaign objectives.
- Manage end-to-end KOL campaign execution: briefing, coordination, content review, publishing, and performance tracking.
- Handle communication and relationship management with active KOL and affiliate partners.
- Execute contracts and MOUs in coordination with the marketing lead; ensure deliverables and attribution tracking are fulfilled.
- Track and report KOL campaign performance against defined KPIs (reach, engagement, lead attribution, conversion).
4. General Marketing Support
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning for upcoming promotions and launches.
- Support the marketing team with additional content-related tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
Mandatory
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation, influencer/KOL marketing, or a closely related role.
- Demonstrable portfolio: content creation samples, campaign execution records, or influencer coordination history.
- Comfortable appearing on camera as on-screen talent for brand content (interviews, product features, field documentation).
- Proficient in CapCut and Canva; familiarity with Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to commute to Cakung, East Jakarta.
Preferred
- Experience managing or coordinating influencer/KOL campaigns end-to-end.
- Data-oriented mindset: comfortable reading performance numbers, drawing basic insights, and making content decisions based on data rather than intuition alone.
- English proficiency (written).
- Background or genuine interest in property, interior design, architecture, or construction.
