Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Plan, manage, and execute daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and support campaign planning.
  • Ensure posting consistency, brand alignment, and a strong brand voice.
  • Analyze content performance, identify insights, and create regular reports.
  • Monitor content trends to keep the brand current and relevant.
  • Coordinate with the content creator, graphic designer, and marketing team.
  • Conduct trend, audience, and competitor research.
  • Manage community interactions: respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers.
  • Provide new ideas for content formats, storytelling angles, and engagement strategies.
  • Basic support for performance marketing: understanding Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (not mandatory).

Kualifikasi

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media algorithms.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, visual trends, and premium lifestyle aesthetics.
  • Able to analyze performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Familiar with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
  • Up to date with digital trends, viral formats, and audience behavior.
  • Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads & TikTok Ads).
  • Preferably experienced in lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or FMCG brands.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferable.
