- Develop and execute monthly social media content plans.
- Manage daily posting across all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and more.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and on-brand content.
- Analyze and monitor content performance, preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Stay updated with digital trends and propose creative ideas for campaigns.
- Support social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and content strategy.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut) is a plus.
