Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and manage social media campaigns that highlight IT solutions, case studies, client success stories, and product launches.
Create and publish engaging B2B content (posts, infographics, short videos, thought leadership snippets) across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Optimize paid and organic social campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness in the IT industry.
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to communicate technical value propositions in a simple, impactful way.
Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to inquiries and fostering trust with prospects and clients.
Track performance metrics (engagement, impressions, lead generation, conversion) and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Support promotional efforts for IT webinars, client workshops, and product demos through tailored campaigns.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in B2B or IT/technology industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other B2B-focused advertising platforms
Experience creating technical yet accessible content for professional audiences.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital analytics, and lead generation strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex IT solutions into engaging content.
