Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop, curate, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging posts, videos, graphics, and other media to drive community engagement and brand awareness
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead of industry developments
Analyze social media performance through metrics and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner
Track and manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media channels

Kualifikasi

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
Experience with content creation, including graphic design and video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in English (writing, speaking)
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Strong creative and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
