Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Creating social media activity for BAU and ad-hoc campaigns
- Liaising with Freelance Community Management on responding to queries based on brand comms guideline
- Working closely with the content team to develop social media content that accommodates latest trend in features, channels & campaigns
- Working closely with Analysts to prepare reports on social media marketing efforts
- Initiate plan and activities to optimize social media marketing strategy
- Publishing social media content across channels on a daily basis
- Overseeing social media activities across channels (Instagram, TikTok & Twitter)
- Accommodate external requests to be implemented on social media activities to support strategic brand partnership
Kualifikasi
In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
- Preferably have an educational background in communications, marketing, or a related field
- 3 or more years of social media experience, including Social media content & activity planning, Social media trend monitoring, and Social media reporting
- Observant in social media trend (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
- Have an understanding of social media management and strategy
- Have analytical skills in social media performance
- Experience using social media analytic tools
- Preferably have working experience in an agency or startup
- Proactive, high curiosity & ownership, and team player
