- Developing social media strategies to fulfill company's business objectives
- Develop engaging and relevant content for multiple social media platforms
- Managing content calendar and ensuring consistency and timely posting
- Interacting with audiences through comments and messages
- Monitor and evaluate social media content and campaign's performance
- Generate comprehensive report of content strategy's effectiveness and campaign success
- Identifying new trends and new opportunities on social media
- Colaborate with design team and other departments to achieve shared objectives
- Effectively run paid social media advertising campaign
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing and/or digital marketing is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Social media proficiency (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc) with deep understanding of their features, trends, and algorithms
- Able to develop engaging and informative content that resonance with target audiences
- Great aesthetic sense in design and able to follow new trends
- Ability to use analysis tools to track contents performance, analyzing audience responses and create the report
- Able to develop fresh and innovative content ideas
- Capable of following fast-paced social media trends
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) to elevate content visibility and reachability on social media
