About the Role
You’ll be the heartbeat of SejutaCita’s online presence—creating content that connects with millions of students and young dreamers. From planning posts to engaging with our community, you’ll help spread our mission of empowering youth through education and opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok OR X.
- Develop creative ideas that align with SejutaCita’s voice and youth-driven mission.
- Support campaign launches for programs, scholarships, and events.
- Manage community engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and audience feedback.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and event teams to deliver cohesive stories.
- Track performance metrics and propose improvements based on analytics.
- Stay updated on youth culture, trends, and social media best practices.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Passion for storytelling, creativity, and youth empowerment.
- Strong writing and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English a plus).
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team.
