Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the brand, products, and campaigns.
- Create and manage content, materials, and ad budgets for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with other brands for marketing activities and giveaway campaigns to boost visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs aligned with MODENA’s image and values.
- Conduct benchmarking, social media listening, and competitor analysis to improve performance.
- Drive follower growth and engagement through creative and interactive content.
- Support content production (photoshoots/videos) and social activities such as live sessions, product demos, and launches.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or a relevant role.
- Capable of independently managing multiple social media accounts with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
- Organized, collaborative, and committed to delivering quality work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Key Skills: copywriting, English communication, negotiation, creative and analytical thinking, social media management, content development, KOL management, and cross-functional collaboration.
